Alex Hatch
Alex is the Director of Sales and Customer Relations for Efficiency on Tap. With over 15 years of experience as a wedding planner and entrepreneur, she brings brings a wealth of industry knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for customer satisfaction. In 2020, the wedding industry shut down, forcing Alex to get clear on what she wanted for her life. This lead to a mastermind weekend, where she met Nikki, and together, they decided to launch a virtual assisting business for women in Network Marketing. This small business has grown into Efficiency on Tap and the onTap Coaching collective! She currently lives in her RV outside of Orlando, Florida.
Nikki Hutson
Nikki is a business major and homeschool mom with over a decade of professional experience in corporate finance and network marketing. After losing her job in 2020, Nikki decided to start coaching women on how to show up authentically on social media, and this birthed a new passion within her to support women with digital solutions and marketing strategies. She serves as a coach, trainer, and Director of Operations and Marketing for Efficiency on Tap. She lives in beautiful Northern Kentucky with her partner and their four daughters.
